WARRANTY POLICY

COMFORT SLEEP Mattresses come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a duration ranging from 1 to 10 years, commencing from the date of purchase. In cases of products with a 1-year warranty, if any manufacturing defects are identified within the initial 6 months, the mattress will be replaced. Should the replacement occur after 6 months, the warranty will be applicable for the remaining 6 months. For products with a warranty period of 2 to 10 years, replacements due to manufacturing defects are applicable during the first year, while subsequent years will have a prorated warranty in effect.

  1. To be eligible for warranty claims, registration of all purchased products must be completed within 20 days of delivery.
  2. Warranty coverage is applicable solely in instances of product failure attributed to manufacturing defects.
  3. The definition of product failure is confined to sagging within the core of the mattress.
  4. Warranty excludes depressions of less than 1" for mattresses up to 5" in thickness and 1.5" for mattresses exceeding 5" in thickness.
  5. In cases where multiple mattresses are purchased and one exhibits sagging or damage, warranty claims are restricted to the affected mattress only.
  6. Warranty does not extend to the wear and tear of fabric and stitching resulting from regular usage.
  7. Warranty does not encompass personal preferences for comfort level and firmness. Initially, your new mattress may feel different from the one you've been accustomed to, and your body might take some time to adjust. As your body adapts to the advantages of the new mattress, and the mattress conforms to your sleeping style, a period of several weeks may lead to gradual softening. It's important to note that the normal softening of Flexible Polyurethane Foam over time does not impact its performance.
  8. The warranty excludes damages or sagging of the mattress resulting from an improper size and condition of the cot, an uneven resting surface, and an inadequately structured cot.
  9. Damages caused by ironing and any issues related to freebies are not covered by the warranty.
  10.  Stains on the mattress tapestry occurring after unpacking or removal of the packing/poly bag, and subsequent use by the customer, will not be included in the warranty. (To be reported within 2 days of delivery).
  11. The warranty does not extend to the opening of stitches, both quilt and tape edge, reported after 30 days from the delivery date.
  12. Instances of quilt looseness reported after 30 days from the delivery date are not covered under the warranty.
