Refund and Return Policy

Comfort Sleep aims to provide its customers with the best shopping experience to enhance their lives. However, as opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.

Refund Policy

• Comfort Sleep is not responsible for any damage occurring after the delivery of the products.

• An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products.

• To request a refund, please contact our customer care team or write to us at info@comfortsleep.in with the necessary images and videos related to your claim, using the subject line “Refund For [Order Number]”.

• If the package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner immediately.

• Contact our customer care team at 1800 123 0126 if the order is marked as delivered but not received by you, within 3 days of the product being marked delivered. No refunds will be issued after this period.

• Refunds do not include delivery charges as these are non-refundable by delivery partners.

• For cash on delivery refunds, the amount will be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days.

• Claims for refunds should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the aforementioned details.

• If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day Comfort Sleep accepts the refund request.

• Comfort Sleep will provide all details, including relevant screenshots and transaction ID, once the refund is initiated.

• If your order included free gifts, the cost of these free gifts will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Policy

• In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage, broken, or missing items) due to transit, a refund or exchange can be initiated after thorough verification of the refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from the warehouses. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be levied for order cancellations.

• Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from the warehouses. An amount of ₹1000 will be deducted if the order is returned to the seller (for prepaid orders).

• No, the policy does not cover products that have been opened or used. It only covers orders with leakage, broken items, or missing items.

4. What happens if the product I ordered comes with free gifts?
