warehouses across the country by courier. Please allow the following number of
days from receipt of your order for delivery.
• Order deliveries will be made
between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. Goods will need to be signed
for upon delivery. If you are unable to be present to sign for your delivery,
please suggest an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or
neighbour.

responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person.
• Comfort Sleep is not
responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

• Free shipping is available on
prepaid orders above ₹25,000. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an extra ₹500

charges are ₹1,999.

shipping? Currently, we only offer shipping within India. If you need

your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Use this number to track your order through the courier’s website.
5. What happens if I am not home
during the delivery? If you are not available to sign for the delivery, the
courier may leave the package with a neighbour or at a secure location. If no
one is available, the courier will attempt re-delivery or you may need to
arrange pickup from a local depot.
6. What are the shipping charges
within Karnataka and outside Karnataka? Shipping charges within the state of
Karnataka are ₹1,000. For deliveries outside Karnataka, shipping charges are
₹1,999.
