Returns & Refunds Policy

Here's how you can initiate a return or exchange for purchases made on our website with COMFORT SLEEP:

STEP 1

Contact the COMFORT SLEEP Customer Support Team at 1800-123-0126 or send an email to support@comfortsleep.in within 10 days of product delivery to raise a return request. The team will assess if your purchase qualifies for a return and guide you through the next steps. Please note that only standard-size mattresses are eligible for returns; sleep accessories, bed linen, and furniture are currently not eligible for return requests.

STEP 2

Complete the COMFORT SLEEP Order Return Form. Your return request will be validated and accepted within 24 hours, and you will be notified of each step via email.

STEP 3

We will dispatch our return package to you, which includes packing material and return documents: A. One Zipper Cover – A PVC zipper cover for packaging the mattress, ensuring it reaches us without any additional damage. B. Waybill – A copy containing both FROM (Your) and TO (Our) addresses. C. Invoice Copy – A physical copy of your order invoice.

STEP 4

Upon receiving the packing material, please pack your mattress, affix the Waybill on the zipper cover, and have it ready for pickup. Hand over the mattress, invoice, and other documents to our courier partner.

Return Criteria for Products:

To facilitate a smooth return process, please adhere to the following criteria:

  1. The product(s) must be purchased exclusively from www.ComfortSleep.in and not from any other retailer, whether online or offline.

  2. Initiate the return request within 10 days from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

  3. Ensure that there are no stains, marks, stitches, or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.

  4. All tags and original packaging must remain intact and be sent along with the product(s).

  5. Include the original invoice with the returned product(s).

  6. The product(s) should reach us in a sellable condition.

Please note:

  • Returns on consumer promotion items/freebies will not be accepted if the correct product has been delivered. However, if we dispatch the wrong product or size, we will accept your return.

  • We do not accept the return of any product(s) not purchased from www.ComfortSleep.in. We will not assume responsibility for any such product(s) sent to us.

No Refund Policy:

Products maintained in their original packaging, with intact tags, bills, and in their original condition, are eligible for exchange or return following the terms and conditions outlined on the website. All items must undergo exchange or return within the specified timeframe after receiving the goods, as stipulated in this "No Refund Clause," which outlines that there will be no refund in the following instances:

Incorrect Product Order/Delivery:

Resolution: Upon returning the previous product, a corrected size product will be delivered. Any additional amount for the new product will be the responsibility of the customer, or excess amount will be credited to the customer in the form of a COMFORT SLEEP gift voucher.

Order Cancellations:

The order amount will be credited to the customer in the form of a COMFORT SLEEP gift voucher.

Delay in Order Delivery (up to 10 days beyond committed timelines).

Product Quality Related Issues:

e.g., Mattress sagging, bloating issues with Livein, etc. Resolution: Product replacement or a prorated e-gift code will be provided as per the warranty terms and conditions.

Damage During Dispatch:

Subject to verification and acceptance of dispatch damage, the product will be replaced.

Gift Vouchers:

Cannot be exchanged or returned for cash. Replacement or refund will occur if the product passes all quality checks after being returned.

Incorrect Size & Comfort Issues:

No refund; logistics charge up to Rs. 2500 will be applicable in such cases.

Products in Transit:

Cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Change in Original Product Configuration.

Warranty:

Valid only if proper care of the mattress is taken as per the provided use and care directions. Transportation Cost: Any transportation cost during the redressal process is the customer's responsibility. Non-Qualifying Damages: Damages not specifically listed herein will not qualify for return/refund.

The company's decision will be final on the nature of defects and applicability of the warranty.
