The prices presented on the website include GST. COMFORT SLEEP reserves the right to modify prices at its discretion without prior notification to the customer.

Delivery

Standard delivery for all COMFORT SLEEP products across India is complimentary, with no hidden costs during checkout.

Goods will be delivered to the address provided during the order process. If you wish to change the delivery address after placing the order and before dispatch, please contact us at 1800 123 0126 or send an email to support@comfortsleep.in. While COMFORT SLEEP will make an effort to accommodate address changes, it cannot be guaranteed. Delivery of all products will occur at the front door of the property.

The customer is responsible for the delivery charge if the delivery is made to an incorrect location due to an incorrectly entered delivery address.

Goods are exclusively delivered by COMFORT SLEEP or by a third party contracted for logistics on our behalf. For logistical reasons, COMFORT SLEEP retains the right to split shipments.

Payment

Payment for COMFORT SLEEP products is processed on the website. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted, along with the option to pay using Internet Banking.

EMI offers are applicable only with top banks that have tie-ups with our payment gateway.

Force Majeure Event

We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, delay in performance, or other obligations under a contract caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, accident, or Act of God beyond our reasonable control.

Our performance under any contract is considered suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, with an extension of time for performance during that period. We will make reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or find a solution to perform our obligations under the contract despite the Force Majeure Event.

Product Availability

In the event of unavailability of one or more COMFORT SLEEP products, the customer will be notified via email or phone. The amount paid will be recalculated, and a refund will be issued for the unavailable product. If no products are available, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated.

Offers and Coupons

COMFORT SLEEP will introduce offers, discounts, and coupon codes at its discretion. The brand reserves the right to withdraw offers and coupons without prior notification.

COMFORT SLEEP coupon codes are redeemable only on purchases made through www.comfortsleep.in.

Discount codes are applicable only on full purchases paid upfront and are not available on orders using the EMI option. COMFORT SLEEP is not responsible for discount codes published without permission on third-party websites. Additional terms and conditions, including expiry dates/times, may apply to discount codes, and these will be communicated upon publication. Only one code can be used per order, subject to availability.

Returns and Refunds

For return requests, please contact support@comfortsleepin or call 1800 123 0126 with your order details. Returns are applicable only to COMFORT SLEEP mattresses, and the return procedure can be found in the Return Policy.

COMFORT SLEEP reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the specified criteria.

Exchange

Exchange requests due to an incorrectly ordered mattress size will incur a return shipment cost of INR 2500 across India, borne by the customer. It is advisable to verify the size before placing an order.

Warranty

COMFORT SLEEP mattresses come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a duration specified on the product page. In case of any manufacturing defect within the first year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. After the first year, a repair or, if not possible, a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable. Refer to the Warranty Policy for further details.

Law and Jurisdiction

All sales and interactions with COMFORT SLEEP shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to such sales and interactions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
